Black bunny boogers/crusties?

I noticed them on my 9 week old Holland lop yesterday, I tried kind of wiping them off gently with my fingers but it didn't really help. I'm scared to get any sort of water near her nose. Does anyone know what these are and how I can clean / fix them?

I have no idea what they are but I'm curious too! My little Molly will get that often. I assumed that it's poo. I just hold her and wipe them out and use my nails for the hard parts. Thankfully shes used to me touching her face since I take out her little eye boogers everyday.
