Sudden GI Stasis took our boy yesterday and we had to have him put to sleep very quickly. We all said our goodbyes last night before sending him on his final journey. I hope his buddy Biggi can cope without him. She has Loki the cat to keep her company at least. We're all very sad and miss him a lot. He was only four years old but lived such a happy life. Bunny 500s and ridiculous binkies were a regular part of our day. Biggi is less expressive than he was but I'm sure we'll all become closer as a result of our grief. I'm considering a new partner for her if she seems withdrawn or behaviourally different. We're all just incredibly, indescribably sad today.
