One month ago today, our Rex doe kindled a litter of 6.

This was her first litter.
She had them on the wire instead of in the box, and due to the trauma, 5 of the 6 died within 36 hours.

The last remaining kit, female as best I can tell, is surviving and thriving, maybe a little too well.

With her getting all of her mother's attention, she is getting so big so fast that her legs can hardly bear her weight, and she scoots around like a little seal most of the time. She can and will stand up, but only rarely.

My plan was to go ahead and wean since she's eating hay and pellets fine.

Is this something that she will grow out of?
Do I need to be concerned?
What other information can I provide to help figure this out?

I'm still somewhat new to breeding, and my non-internet "mentor" is unavailable to assist (personal health problems).
This is the first problem I've encountered.
Everything else has been running smoothly.

I have a New Zealand doe who had a litter of 1, and that kit is looking large too, compared to others born the same weekend.

Litters of one can tend to be big. If the kit is a month old you could start weaning her so you can control her weight better.
