hi i wanted to know is it ok to give my rabbits bath's they are outside bunnies the white one's get pee stans and if so how many time should i do this ?

I wouldn't give your bunny a bath unless you absolutely have too. The stain probably won't go away til the hair grows out.

Hopefully someone more experienced will give you more info.

There are some options, such as cleaning the dirty spots with dry cornstarch or 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. April is right that a bunny really shouldn't be given a full body bath unless directed by a bunny-savvy vet. Bathing just the dirty spot is best.

bathing rabbit/s,especially outside rabbits is ill advised,..you will be opening a pandoras box-of problems,. an indoor(room temp)-rabbit under certain strick conditions could possibly sustain a bath/this is not normal and must be done as an emergency only due to a health hazzard,.ie poopy butt,even then one has to calculate percentage of wet rabbit and use-towels and a hair dryer to dry him/her off-as much as possible,.call a dvm for details about soaps or/and proceedure,..hopefully this experience will not scare the bujesus out of him,..sincerely james waller
