Banana ice cream

I got a recipe from a friend of mine to make guilt-free banana "ice cream". It's actually just bananas. You peel & slice a few bananas, freeze the pieces, thenthrow them in a blender. It comes out the consistency of soft serve ice cream, or you can put it in the freezer to get the consistency of regular ice cream. Anyway, I made this for the first time today andShadow jumped up on my lap when I was eating it. I offered her a little, and she LOVED it! She likes bananas, but she's never gone this crazy for a plain old banana slice before. It's a refreshing summer treat I can share with my bunny!

I've tried this! Sooooo yummy! I added a bit of honey to sweeten it. I haven't thought of giving it to dusters though. I will now!

I add frozen berries and a little milk to make a smoothie; Reuben loves it! He isn't allowed much though, poor guy!
