Baby rabbit pee concerns

Si 2 week old kits after feeding milk i put them on a pad so they dont wet the nesting box, one of these kits have been peeing like a creamy, yellow pee similar to mashed potato, been looking on google for hours but no results that us this a cause for concern? How do I fix it also I have no Idea which one did it ₍ᐢ. ̯.ᐢ₎

Are you sure it's not yellow diarrhea? I can only see two darker spots on the pee pad. If you could take a clear close up photo, it might give me a better idea of what it is. Is it gritty at all, or just runny?
