So I'm still debating on whether or not that one of these guys is squirrel. Opinions? It's been lighter colored from the other chinchillas from day one. It is the one all the way to the left, next to the ermine.

Absolutely beautiful litter. Amazing what you can get in one litter of kits.
Really new to colors, but I think it's fascinating.
So I'll take a shot. Been wrong before, but hey, how do you learn, right?
The one on the left looks like she has color on her nose as well as her ears, like the ermine color next to her. But lighter. If the lighter color is squirrel, than pointed squirrel.
Hope you post pics in a few weeks. Would love to see what they look like then.

Give it a week or two--very cute.

I agree, give it a week or so, colors change very much as the fur gets longer. Just remember Squirrel is blue chinchilla, check out Pam Nock's webpage for colors.
