Babii is a indoor bun
Her cage, is inside.
Although, she's in the basement with me.
The basement consists of two rooms, my, finished room .. and hers which isn't finished (exposed concret)
Where her cage is, it gets pretty cold because we can't close the window since the water storage pipe (our house, instead of a furnace runs on hot water.. weird eh ?) or it'll get WAY to hot.
Anyways, how can I ensure babii is warm enough
I would obviously rather not keep a little heater on her 24/7.
I guess putting alot of bedding ?
This is what her cage looks like..
(BTW, I have taken out the 'shelf') She kept getting stuck under.

I would see if you can get her a box that she can hide in to get out of any drafts (you could even fill it with hay). Also, you could put some cardboard or towels around 3 sides of the cage to keep drafts out.

The actual temperature shouldn't be so bad - it's the drafts that are the problem, so if you can deal with those she should be ok.

:wave:Hey Brandy!

Haven`t seen ya for a while!
What about some fleece blankets to curl up in from Dollarama... unless she`s a chewer, in which case that might not go so well ;) If you`re comfortable being in her room and not particularly cold, I doubt she`s feeling very cold.. fur coat eh :D
