Are maize/hyachint mats safe for our boys?

I finally found some basket/placemat type things that claim to be all natural, one's made from woven hyachint and the other from maize, they look almost like any other grass mat out there- woven and cleanish yellow in colour. I'm not entirely sure about them yet because i know that maize in and on itself is pretty much not eligible for bun food, and hyachinth being a flower that is, for my lack of better knowledge, mildly poisonous,
and because i saw them on Pepco. So far i don't know how much i could trust this chain as i've never really had experience on how true the things stay to their labels.

No, it's okay. I was just curious to know before i did give anything new to them. They did enjoy their celery stick tasting though, Storm more enthusiastic than the all-eating Lümi.

I think water hyacinth is a different type of thing than the poisonous hyacinth?

I managed to find a page on rabbit enrichment that gives me hints that maize mats are considered safe.
Is this site trustworthy enough?
