Apple tree branch

Ok I give my rabbits apple tree branch's every few weeks, but right now I pull all the leafs off. So what I was wondering is when you give branchs do you pull of the leaves or do you leave them on. The branch's are not sprayed so not worried about fertilizers on them.

Apple branches and leaves are both fine. No need to pull the leaves off.
