Apple Branches

Do I need to cure fresh apple branches before giving them to my bunny? If so, how do I do that?

I give them to my rabbits as soon as I cut it and had no ill effects. They eat the leaves and bark right away and leave the wood.

However I've read that you should let it ageof dry a few days.

Just because I found it on the net does not make it correct.

i gave my guys the branches after a few days of having mine and they are fine, as long as the tree wasnt treated with anything

Apple branches are one of the few that can be given fresh.

Not only that, leave the leaves on - bunnies love them. In spring, grab them while the flowers are still on the branch - Scone goes crazy over apple blossoms.
