I need to replace Fred's litter box because he keeps chewing it and I am worried about him ingesting the plastic. Right now he has a large corner litter box and it's a good size for him. Any suggestions before I go out shopping?

A glass or ceramic casserole dish could be suitable, but more for a smaller bun. You might be able to find a metal pan at a hardware store. A foil roasting pan would work, but would be harder to clean and not hold up too long.

Hmmm. Do you think that he would still chew even the REALLY hard plastic ones? Like the storage container kind? I know that one of my buns' litter boxes is a cheap flimsy softer plastic one while another is a small clear plastic storage container.

The storage container one is a whole lot harder and I don't think that a bun would be able to bite through it too easily. A glass pan or metal one may work also.
