Critter Keeper
I know this is for bunnies, but I also know there are many piggie parents on this forum as well.
I am posting hoping there might be a home here for a bonded pair of young male guinea pigs with special needs. One is missing one eye due to a corneal ulcer that ruptured; the piggie received veterinary care for the eye and was deemed healthy. The other has a lasting head tilt following a respiratory and inner ear infection that has healed under a vet's care, but the damage must have already been done.
They are very sweet, handsome boys; one is rough coated gray and white, the other is smooth coated tan and white (sorry no pics; they are not being housed with me). They are located in Alabaster, Alabama (near Birmingham) but transport may be possible.
Please email [email protected] for more details.
