Agressive doe when mating

Ok so when I first went to mate my 2 Elops my doe at first cooperated, she put her bum up and tail up, but after a little while sh "took over" she was biting my buck and and he was unhappy grunting and so on, i thought about holding her down on a table and "supervising" but is that the only option, why is sh being this way?

My doe does the exact same thing, except she doesn't co-operate the first time round, she tries to kill the buck, so I have to hold her.
