Is a 4ft. X 2ft. hutch ok for a dutch bunny(just fully grown) and a slightly smaller mixed rabbit?

Not really.
I'm not sure what the rules over there in Ireland are but in the UK the minimum hutch size should be 5ft by 2ft (as stated by the Rabbit Welfare Association) for a small bunny. They also need daily access to a rabbit proof, weather proof, predator safe run.
The bigger the better really.
Don't forget yours need to be separate now so you need to two hutches.

Oh ok thanks I'll look into it.
And yeah, me and my mam are going to the petshop tomorrow i think to get another hutch once i look it up.

or better yet, get those NIC panels and zip-tie em together and make your own hutches for a portion of the price, that's what im doing (yay for walmart, lol, the black hole of money that it is)... still don't know what im gunna use as a permanent floor though, probably towels for now.
