Mella has a fascination with a zipper on thebottom of one of our chairs. She spends loads of time licking it andmouthing it. Not biting it or fighting with it. It's kind of gentle andloving. We always tell her and the zipper to "get a room" she loves itso much. The chair is identical to another one we have across the room,but she has no interest in the identical one. So my question is:
first, is it OK for her to mouth a metal zipper. I don't see any harmin it, but I wanted to double check since this love affair has beengoing on for months and she spends so much time with it.
secondly, do you think this is a nursing behavior? Or just why do youthink she's so crazy about it? See, I said it was a weird question.
