my bunny is Cosmoe..

Questions

1. My bunny always pees out of his litter box (he sits in it, but no matter what we try he misses his box and hits the floor) help?

2. I want to keep my bunny indoors but he makes a huge mess,
I need to know what to gaurd the floor from mess (carpets, etc)

Is he peeing over the edge of it or is he sitting outside the litter box and peeing? How tall are the sides of the litter box?
