They are considered adults at 6 months. They will usually reach their adult weight and size around that time. Some may fill out a bit after that. Some lines do grow at different speeds, so some take longer than others. The general time is around 6 months old.
 
I took in a Holland Lop 1 week ago. She is 4-1/2 years old, not spayed yet. She is a tiny ball of fluff with a sweet personality. I have her up to 3 lbs.

their growth seems to start tapering off slightly around 3 mos of age, though they do continue growing - my bunns grew like mad from 2-3 months.

my holland lop's weights:
8/1 (9.5 wks) - 10 oz
8/11 (11 wks) - 15.5 oz
8/14 - 17 oz
8/19 (12 wks) - 22 oz
8/28 (13.5 wks) - 26.5 oz
9/9 (15 wks) - 30.5 oz

my lionhead's weights:
8/1 (8.5 wks) - 12.5 oz
8/11 (10 wks) - 19.5 oz
8/14 - 21.5 oz
8/19 (11 wks) - 26 oz
8/28 (13.5 wks) - 32 oz
9/9 (14 wks) - 34 oz
