2 year old bunny all of sudden peeing on my bed

My bunny is over 2 years old, and he is completely house trained ... he lives in our large bathroom during the day and when we come home we give him free reign of the house .. he is litter trained apart from the odd poo here and there.

The past 4 nights in a row, he has peed on the bed up near our pillows in the same spot! I can't understand it, as he always jumps on the bed with no issues. What would cause this odd behaviour? Could it mean he is ill? He seems happy, still affectionate and active, any feedback would be appreciated!

Is he neutered? He could be marking.

I think there is something about pillows and couches. They smell like us and are soft

Make sure you clean it really well so there isn't a smell there for him to come back too.
