The incision spot seems to be completely healed, but as the fur is growing back, the incision area fur is all crusty. I'm just wondering if this is normal? What should we do to care for this area? Should we just try to remove the crusty stuff? It doesn't look like scabs, it just looks like her fur is matted where it's growing back.

Hmm, it could be various things. I'm not too sure exactly.
It could be dried blood, juices, urine. Anything. If it's really concerning you, ask your personal vet who operated on your bun.

I don't think it's anything to get to worry about. My rabbit has a bit of crusty fur random places. It normally goes away when you gently pet the area.
