2 week old bunnies??

My two week old lionhead babies are starting to nibble hay, is this to early for them?

Nope, that's normal once their eyes are open to start trying things out. Good quality hay(no mold, no noxious weeds) is the best thing for them to start off eating as it's the least likely to cause digestive issues and helps their digestive systems adapt to eating solid food.
