    Yup during day time, hay and litter pen is in the pen. Only in the night the rabbits are in the cage with hay inside

    No wired flooring. The pen is vinyl flooring. Not that smooth compare to my flooring. Cage flooring plastic. They have no issues with cage. Just that these 2 were from farm previously. So not sure what the living area was like there. So far eating ok. Just that I do not see the rabbits running...

    My grey lady is ok on the floor . Its vinyl flooring. But she gets tired easily I guess as she always goes back to lying down in the pen or cage. The orange one is very skittish. guess some are like that

    Sometimes u need to check the cage itself. While I put lot of wood bedding it's usually the pee that is along the bottom plastic that has not dropped onto the bedding.     Changing the litter and washing the cage once in 2 days.. they just keep peeing into the cage floor. Not using the liiter pen at all.

    The online searches mostly come back as Timothy 1st cut has more stems and gd for rabbit teeth. The 2nd cut mostly leaves and slightly higher in protein..etc Now thinking of getting oxbow Timothy 1st cut and Oxbow orchird grass to try.alternate feeding..

    Cage floor

    The cage is their den. I normally leave the door open. While they do hop around, they return back to the cage to rest. St might I lock then up to ensure they dont jump over deep the orange as she can get get spooked easily

    My cage floor is not wire but plastic. Originally meant for Guinea pigs. Is this cage ok for my rabbits to lay down..believe the holes in the floor are not big enough to trap their legs.     The are eating from the big box and pooping the other side while eating. Then they go back to the cage. Only that they do no use the toilet inside the cage. Btw is the flooring in the cage ok for rabbits mean they are not wire but plastic with holes.

    Did the litter box. But rabbits started to sit on the hay rather than eat it...they not prefer to eat from this set up..will wait to see if the hay level goes down
