I'm supposed to give my rabbit antibiotics twice a day but I'm going out tonight and want to leave by 10, however i gave him his first dose at 2:30 will he be ok if i give him the second dose at around 10?

my rabbit who NEVER pees outside the litterbox just jumped on my bed and peed. he's on antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory because he was coughing, but he's been getting better the past couple days since starting.. is this just a random occurrence that happened? I'm really worried
