Hello welcome I am Nikolai I am 13 years old and we have the same type of rabbits, be sure to take care of your lionhead because after 5 weeks fur mites may come up. Symptoms are that some of the mites may come on you and uncotrollably urge to itch.

Yes they can my rabbit Bennie is currently suffering from upper respiratory infection but hopefully I will take him to the vet tonight or tommorrow.

Tony you are probably right that Bennie has mites, Recently I had this big itching and searched the internet about fur mites. It turns out that after 5 weeks (that's how old Bennie is)these mites will turn up. I blame the bad treatment in the pet store gradually I hope I can take him tommorrow...

Yes of course I will take him to a vet. Recent update, No never seen him sneezing at all now he is drinking and eating uncontrollably and on his hands scratches are appearing.
