Californians colors bleach out in the hot weather months. Its quite possible that when the sun is out less they will get darker. Thats what all my californians do.

I dont think you can show a VM holland lop. It has that white spot under its nose and i do believe that makes it unshowable

Im just gona let you know she is most definitally a she. She has a dewlap. Bucks dont get those. =) Even overweight bucks dont have them and she is FAR from overweight. Itll probably get larger as she gets older but dont worry. Its there genetically to pluck fur from if she ever had a litter.
