I have a velvet couch but my bun loves to jump up on the couch. He usually pees and scratches at it which isn't his usual behavior. He's just about ready to be neutered but we're in the process of setting up an appointment. How can I train my bun not to jump on the couch without scolding him because I know that makes them aggressive.

We had a cat that we had trouble with, and we bought an alarm that makes a noise if the cat would jump up on the counter. They also sell them for sofas. I have never heard of anyone using it for a rabbit, so I am not sure if it is a good idea. They are sold on Amazon.

Usually the only way to thwart a rabbit is to block access. They can be super stubborn. Something about soft things like beds and sofas does have a tendency to make rabbits pee who normally have great litter box habits. On the plus side, if you get the thing from Amazon and it doesn't work (it might, but don't get too excited that it will, lol), you can always return it.
