My female grunts whenever my male comes near her, as if she’s frustrated or doesn’t want to be bothered. This stops when I separate the pens, but they went from being best friends to her running when he sniffs her and grunting angrily. Why is this?

How old are they, are they spayed/neutered, and when?
Apart from that, she does act/eat/poop normally?

If they are intact and older than 14-16 weeks I would say the girl is pregnant, when I'm not sure a doe took I put her to the buck, if she gets very vocal chances are good that she's pregnant.

It could just be her mood though, or something about that she thinks this his her territory, or it's just how she is, but if above criteria fit I would prepare for the possibility of little ones.

They are both 2 years old, he was neutered last week but my vet failed to mentioned that there could still be sperm left. She’s acting fairly normal, her appetite has increased though.

That’s pretty unfortunate but I’ll do my best to make her comfortable and prepare for the babies; the more buns the merrier! I feel like such an irresponsible bunny parent, though :(
