Strange poop...

UPDATE: It's been about an hour since I cleaned the cage, and most of the poop in there now is really small and black- nothing like good healthy rabbit poo.

Looks like it could be a worm, or it could be a foreign object that your bun ingested. It's hard to know without inspecting it close up. If you still have it, refrigerate it to show to the vet when you go. And keep a really close eye on your buns eating and pooping. If either stop then you will need your bun seen immediately.

I've never seen anything like it. Like JBun said, I would take the sample to the vet if you still have it, or some of the poop so a test can be done about parasites.
With small black poop, I would give a lot of wet leafy greens if she eats. Also syringe feed some water to help hydrate the guts. But if it doesn't get better, some Reglan might indeed be in order. I hope it's nothing serious...

It was shown to the vet, and she thinks it is a type of mucous. She said if we find another one, then it may be something serious and to bring the rabbits in, but as long as they are eating, drinking, and pooping normal then all is well.
