Love that cute little bunny! I have a soft spot for lops of any sort, and I'd love to have one, but I have seven rabbits already... I think eight might be pushing it. ;)
Congrads on the new member to your family and welcome!
I do have some wire... but probably not enough to build a cage. And to be honest, I really am not good at carpentry. Somehow I managed to build a hutch for Jinx & Rubix last summer... how a 21 year old woman with no carpentry skills managed to do that I'll never know, but I'm not eager to try...
Yeah, I don't know why every site I've gone to says not to expect to be able to litter train your intact rabbit... but except for here I haven't found a single site that says that it's possible. It's good to know though that people have had experience in it. It makes me feel encouraged. :)...
I know people use NIC panels for their rabbit's condos or houses, but I can't seem to find any of the ordinary smaller-spaced panels since I guess Target changed theirs. Right now I have only one rabbit indoors, but I would like to get them all transferred inside and litter trained. That means...
...So it's a been a while since I checked this thread, but I've gotten Willow all set up now!
He's in one of the big, high-sided basins I talked about before with a litter box basically filling up one whole side. I put a couple handfulls of litter in it and his food and when I checked it...
I have seven intact rabbits, three males and four females, who I have been wanting to keep as indoor rabbits for a while now. But I know I'll have better success with litter training if they are spayed/neutered. Right now the cost is a little too much to handle, but I've been playing with the...
Wow, seventeen? I can't even imagine have that many rabbits! Thank you for the welcome!
Yes, seven rabbits is a lot of work... I do wish that I had waited until I was more mature to get rabbits, otherwise I'd only have one or two. But I do love them - even if my family things I'm...
Right now I have one rabbit already indoors... a male, Willow, who has been inside since fall because of a lack of living space outside (we're going through a total bunny hutch makeover... though maybe with some litter training I won't need new hutches). He's living in a high-sided basin right...
They say there is no such thing as a stupid question, but I must beg to differ. I've read at least a hundred times, "you can't litter train an unspayed or unneutered rabbit". Believe me, I've looked into having my rabbits fixed, but I practically live in hickville USA and the closest...
Hello everyone...
First off, I have a little to say before I introduce myself. When I first got rabbits, I was a very irresponsible owner... I'll admit that right away. I've always loved animals, but I let my heart get ahead of my head which is what led me to having seven rabbits alongside...
