    bunny sneezes and snuffles

Thank you! I'm quite proud of them myself lol❤ Yep, they're all on hold for our waiting list members right now!

    bunny sneezes and snuffles

Thanks for asking! Dusky's doing okay, her symptoms haven't worsened and my vet agreed that it would be best to hold off on treating her until her babies are weaned. She had her babies on the night of Day 35, the longest I've had a doe go! But they're doing well, three little roly polys :) and...

    bunny sneezes and snuffles

Interesting, thank you for your warning @Blue eyes and @JBun . I've got an appointment with my regular vet I trust, and I'm sure we'll get this cleared up. Hopefully I'll have some good news soon.

    Mites

Looks like mites to me! I'd recommend Ivermectin. I've treated my bunnies with that before, and never had a single trouble. Here's an Amazon link to what I use...

Is my rabbit actually a Holland Lop?

Daisy is probably part Holland lop, but there is also most likely another breed mixed in! True Hollands will have a stockier look, and a flat forehead/muzzle, etc. Daisy has more of a pointed face, and like you say, lots of ear control. She may be a full Holland in the sense that her parents...

    bunny sneezes and snuffles

The vet I spoke with was online, and therefore couldn't prescribe anything. I did ask him that, and he said amoxicillin would be okay and would help her. So I'm waiting for my regular vet to open so I can hopefully get in to them and get a prescription for it. I'm also concerned that it may...

What color is my Holland lop?

I think StableSteel is right. After looking closer at his nose, I noticed the shading goes from light to dark like an orange. If it went dark to light, it would look more like a fox. Time will also keep telling! When I first got one of my does, she had barely any shading. I assumed she was a...

    bunny sneezes and snuffles

Anyone? Really wanting to do something for her before it gets worse.

What color is my Holland lop?

I would call him a broken black torted otter (broken fox for short)! He does look similar to a tort, but the minor ticking on his ears etc makes me think fox. Not sure if he's pedigreed or if you know his parents colors, but if there are otters in his pedigree that would strengthen my opinion...

Rabbit will not use litter box consistently

We run a rabbitry and raise our Holland lops indoors, so they are litter trained. It was a struggle to get them there though! Here's a few pointers I would give! A bunny may never be "fully litter trained" in all senses of the phrase. There may always be a few stray poops, but they will almost...

    bunny sneezes and snuffles

Hi! My Holland Lop doe, Dusky, has had the sneezes and snotty nose for a couple days. I attached a few pics, one of her nose after she sneezed, and one of her dirty forearms from wiping her nose. She is also pregnant, due on March 14th. I've talked to a vet, and he told me the normal antibiotics...
