    Worried-bunny not eating

Ok this is my last post today, thank you everyone for all of the advice and prayers. Cadbury ran around a little like usual before going in his cage for the night. He ate more veggies and I just checked on him and he was eating his hay (yay).

I gave his a belly massage. His temp is still normal and when I showed him a "treat" (dill) he ran as fast as he could to get to it across his area. Even though he is still sitting at least he is moving a little.

Yes I am positive it was just simethicone, if anything I am extra careful with anything I give my bunnes. The vet said she had seen it cause diarrhea in a bunny once before. But he was fine until I gave it to him, it took him almost a week to have normal stools again. I am sure it would...

    Worried-bunny not eating

I just spoke to his vet and this was her take on the situation: She said it seemed he was handling this situation with gas better than last time when he wasn't eating at all and staying in his cage. She suggested not giving him critical care unless he stops eating the veggies. She wants to to...

I am wary about simethicone because last time I gave it to him, in slightly less than the recommended dose, he had bad diarrhea for days. But thanks for suggesting the belly massages I will do that.

The holistic vet has given him natural supplements that usually work very well, and the traditional vet agrees with this course of treatment because it has been the most successful. The holistic vet is going to see him this week, she thinks he may have something else going on than what he is...

I thinkis stomach is bothering him again. I know he is very uncomfortable he is not acting like himself. I am going to keep an eye on him throughout the day, and depending on how he is I may take him to the vet tonight.

Yes he has been sitting in the same spot outside of his cage, he just stretched out to lay down, not hunched up anymore. His back side is a little wet too.

His stomach feels ok, and he has been eating veggies all morning, even tossed the dish around when he was done. His temperature was normal too. He is still jst sitting there which has me concerned. STill haven't heard back from the vet, but she usually gets back to me same day, even on weekends...

    Worried-bunny not eating

Ok sorry this is my second posting but I wanted to add more information. My bunny has always had digestive issues. Today he is sitting hunched in a corner. I offered him veggies and he ate them all, but his eyes are half closed and looks so uncomfortable. He hasn't really moved all morning. As...
