I'm 2 months in with a new guy too. How are you handling it with your bun? Sometimes I feel guilty because I know Lulu's not getting as much attention as she used to since I'm out more.

My Lulu eats Oxbow, but the pieces are small. I have small fingers so I do sometimes use them as treats but that might not be right for you.

She also gets lots of hay and a serving of pellets every day. She has a good diet. I think she probably thinks she doesn't get enough treats... so spoiled.

Am I the only one who has trouble leaving the house because I miss my bunny so much when I'm away from her? Even if it's just for a few hours.

No no you can't nom your Mommy. What if she nommed you? Nomming is for toys and eats and my bed but not for mommies.

My Mommy is Jewish so we don't have a tree, but last week she was lighting these pretty candles every night. I wasn't allowed to go up and look at them, but she gived me some of her applesauce and it was so nummy!

I don't really have the capacity to build even the simplest DIY cage, which is why I just bought her a relatively cheap store-bought cage. In addition to her cage, she also has a play area, which is her favorite spot to lounge in. I don't think she really feels homeless -- my room's not that big...

My Lulu is pretty much free to roam my bedroom as she pleases, but I find that occasionally I do need to lock her up for short periods of time (for example, if I need to vacuum). The only secure enclosure I have for her that can be lifted off the floor is her carrier, and I hate having to put...

I have a store bought cage that would definitely be too small if I expected Lulu to spend most of her time in there. She's really a free range bun, and her cage is just more of a glorified litter box. We keep her water bottle, food, hay and bedding in there so she can do what she needs to do...

My Lulu has had a couple of different beds, and she tore most of them up, but there was just one fleece bed originally intended for cats that she just loved to lie on... and pee on. Eventually I had to throw it out. I suspect that my wall to wall plush carpeting is cozy bed enough for Lulu.

I wish my bun would drink more water. What's his diet like?

I've been giving her quite a lot to make up for the water she's not drinking. Mostly cilantro and parsley, but also some cucumber and green pepper. I try to limit her sweets to one or two skinny baby carrots and a small sliver of apple a day. I can already see a huge improvement.

We live in Manhattan. Any other city buns?
