Turned out he didn't like the hanging bag I started feeding him hay with over a month ago he just decided he didn't like it anymore. I tried putting hay just out in his litterbox for him out of the feed bag and he ate it up, so strange but I'm just glad he is eating his hay again.
My rabbit stopped eating hay about three days ago, he still eats his pellets and greens but not his hay. It wasn't a new type of hay, and it was part way into his latest bag (so not just opened). I haven't changed the amount of pellets or greens I give him either. He is pooping normally...
Thank you very much for your reply I'll look into that vacuum I think you're right, it would be best to look for a vacuum that isn't a pain to use so I'm more likely to use it regularly. Good to know most work about the same for hay and rabbit 'coco puffs' I tried shopping on amazon and...
I'm looking to get a new vacuum and am tired of sweeping up random hay pieces with a broom off of all floor types. What vacuum do you use and would recommend for this?
have you changed his litter box bedding recently? Maybe he doesn't like the kind you are using? Do you use any strong smelling cleaners on the litter box that could be putting him off? Are the sides of the litter box too high for his liking, so he rather pee on the floor then jump/climb in...
With someone checking on him twice a day he will probably be okay, thou he might chew on things you wouldn't like when not supervised to be safe I would remove anything he can get to that you really don't want to be possibly chewed on and to be sure you have cable protectors on the cables he can...
I've had a similar situation before I had to start feeding my rabbits their pellets and greens separately that helped one lose weight and the other gain a little weight. I would lessen the one rabbits food a little too and just give him more hay to make up for it. Sometimes I give him Timothy...
Try different types of hay some rabbits like some kinds of hay but not others (just be sure not to give alfalfa to adult rabbits, it makes them fat). Try mixing hay types to make a custom blend for them? Try different Hay feeders some rabbits prefer different types, mix their pellets into their...
I listen to ASMR roleplay videos on youtube in bed to help me sleep (like a barbershop, spa, skincare, ear cleaning rp) with the screen off/lights off, earbuds in they help my mind quiet while I'm listening to something relaxing in bed. Then when I'm on the verge of sleep I turn it off and drift...
My rabbits are the same if I burn incense/candle they don't like they will stomp their feet and get upside I think its for sure the smell that's stressing them. My rabbits hate pina colada for some reason.
I wouldn't give my rabbits a bath since I know they can kill them. I just have a little eyedropper I planned to drop some of the oatmeal/cucumber water on itchy skin just a few drops like lotion.
