A New Zealand that old should be about 6 pounds, so I'd rule that out. Kat

Dutch from another country will not have exactly the same standard as we do here. By the way, rabbits that are growing in a warm environment will have longer ears since they grow to help cool themselves.... So really the ear length doesn't matter. They've got to be mostly Dutch for markings...

Sometimes when you wait until the 8 months or over your does will not breed as easily. I actually find that it is easiest to do between 7-9 months of age.

To me it looks like possibly a Himalayan Netherland Dwarf. I can't tell if he/she has a marking on his nose or not though. The point color on the ears it was probably meant to be a Himi Netherland. Kat

Well, offhand I'd say a mix but hard to tell. Is there any sort of extra softness or sheen to the coat? She kind of looks like an agouti gonewrong.... it's hard to tell what she weighs also. Maybe like a chestnut agouti, copper or castor crossed with something else. Honestly, I can't tell. Maybe...

I can easily breed my New Zealands and Californians without any stunted growths at 6-7 months depending on the rabbit. I'd say that would be a good figure for you also. Kat
