Everyone will have there own ways, tips and tricks for there rabbits. Bascially, rabbits like to chew and cardboard / plywood (pet how houses) add safe chewable materials and hide aways.

Very familier with this behaviour, my lop kept going onto the sofa and doing it in the same place. It became an obsessive trait.

Sounds like you have given the rabbit all a loving owner could give to there bunny.

I think if the rabbit hated water it would scramble away like some rabid hay muncher, but looking at this rabbit it seems to actually enjoy it.

Same here, with our Dwarf Lop.. She is 9 weeks old and right now will lick you then nip unexpectedly.
I put this down to either,
"hmm I smelt something nice then was that food"
or
"Hey look what I am doing, appreciate it"
