Update: I managed to find a product manufactured by Beaphar which contains ivermectin in the tube. Bought it off shelf, it has 4 tubes in a box. I read the instructions, dosage is suitable for Kenji, so I started to put it on him yesterday. I need to repeat this over another 3 more weeks...
