    Hay from Binky Bunny

I have been toying with the idea of ordering a mini bale of hay from BinkyBunny.com (if they can delivery it to Canada) and was wondering if anyone has ordered from them, and if anyone has had any issues with ordering, or with a mini bale? I usually buy Oxbow 40oz bags of Orchard Grass Hay, but...

    Furminators

I have a slicker, zoom groom, and a small furminator...my cat LOVES the furminator, but I would never use it on my bun. Yes I would love to see how it would work on his shedding, but I don't want to risk cutting his skin as it is pretty sharp. I have tried the slicker, but again, the ends feel...

    bunny diets

He is a Hotot x (was told Hotot X Mini Lop)...I had some old photos of him in the "Introductions" but they are from when I first got him, I will try and get a new pic of him up soon.

    kidney disease/issues

So we were back into the vets this week, and his urine check was all good, so whatever was his issue is thankfully cleared up! Thank you everyone for your info, thoughts and everything!

    bunny diets

So just a question about taking weight off of bunnies. When I had Louis at the vets on the 2nd he was 1.64kg (3.6lbs), this week when he was in for a follow up urine check (which was all good btw) he was 1.6kg (3.5lbs), no thats not a lot, but I know he is a bit chunky, but do you think thats...

    a late hello....

LOL Thanks Agnesthelion! I used the movie just as a size object beside him when I first got him, because everyone was asking how small he was, and that was the closest thing to me, so I grabbed it! But yes, it is a good movie! Watermelons directed me to this site, so you can thank her as well!

    a late hello....

An even later add one......we live with my boyfriend, 3 different geckos, a ball python (snake), an albino rat (been trying to re-home her for awhile actually), a 20g fish tank, a betta (male) and I breed meal worms for 1 of my geckos (and any friends that may want any).

    Lymphoma

I agree with Imbrium, if he is still enjoying life, other than a dirty face, keep him around. If he doesn't look unhappy, or suffering let the poor guy be. I would maybe talk to your vet, or see if you can talk to the specialists about the financial aspect, and what your choices/options would...

    kidney disease/issues

So I had Louis (Lou) back at the vets today for a follow up urine test, things are looking better, not as many casts this time, and some struvite crystals. He has been off antibiotics since Friday (Friday AM was his last dose), and he perked up since being off (I don't think they agreed very...

    Netherland vs polish vs hotot

JBun when we was small he wasn't bad, would fight to be picked up, but as he's gotten older, he's gotten worse, starting with a bit of grunting at me, I hoped it would go away with neutering, but it didn't, it has just progressed to where he is now. I do hope part of it is him not feeling well...

    Netherland vs polish vs hotot

This is a few days late, but my current guy is a Hotot x (Mini Lop?) and he is a grump. I have handled him since day one, letting him out of his cage to run around the living room on a regular basis, and having him out on the couch with me either for brushing (for bonding) or just to sit on me...

    kidney disease/issues

Grrrr, I had a reply typed out on my phone....and my phone froze and crashed on me!! Naturestee - he doesn't have a UTI or stones, it's casts that are shed from the tubes between the kidneys and bladder. I have thought of doing a bloodtest, so will see what Tuesdays results say and take it from...

    Hello!! :D

They are cute! If I had the space I would get a larger bunny! Good luck with your building and adoption!

    a late hello....

Thanks everyone! He doesn't sleep in his hay rack anymore, I wasn't a big fan of him jumping in and out and didn't want a leg getting stuck, so he know how a hayrack that goes on the outside of his cage. His favorite spot now is laying in his litterbox (or beside it) for some odd reason! Hyatt...

    a late hello....

Thought I would formally introduce myself, aside from my thread in the "Infirmary". Some of you may remember me from awhile back, posting a thread looking for a new home for a little Himalayan boy, all is well and he got that home through someone that I know, and he is doing good. As for me, I...
