Hi. I found wood pieces and what looked like a small part of a branch in my rabbit's timothy hay today. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Reading through this made me so happy.

My daughter named her Bunny Cocoa.

Rabbits can have differing personalities. We had one who had little interest in us touching him or being near him much and one who is super loving and usually wanting to be right next to us. It has been interesting.

I originally thought this was my post. Sorry... When we took our bunny to the vet he checked out well. I agree if possible in getting them a check up.

Wow, he looks a lot like our netherland dwarf Midnight whom passed away last month. Enjoy every minute with Mac. ;)

We are still leary of having him neutered. We just lost our last ( and he was our first rabbit) to a routine neuter in December. I agree there isn't much space to put a very large crate for him in our quarters. He is only in a crate when we go to bed at night and when we are not home. I am home...

Cocoa is actually not a lop. He is a rex. I think it might just be a bunny thing, but I am not a vet.

Our lil Cocoa just went to the vet on Monday for a well check up. He has been sneezing some as well with no other symptoms. . . our vet said he may just be getting used to his new home or have some allergies. . . he is eating, drinking, pooping, and peeing just fine. He is healthy and playful...

His discharge is clear. He eats, drinks, pees, poops just fine which makes me feel better. (we think he is a boy)I just hope he gets to have some good years with my daughter. It was devastating to her losing her first one so quickly.
