I just would like to thank all of you for giving me all this advice. However I will no longer be needing it. My rabbit died this evening.

Thank you MissyAndMoonlight that is very helpful. Musta-Eyolf-Pedes would the wire floor still aggravate his Arthritis if I do what MissyAndMoonlight suggested?

He is not litter boxed trained. And yes I do put hay down over the wood flooring part to. I didn't know if there was any kind of bedding softer then hay.

Ok. He lives in a in a enclosed pen and the pen is located in a barn. Half of it is wood flooring and the other half is small wire. I keep hay down at all times so that the wire doesn't hurt his feet but his fecal matter can go through.

Well I can see what I can do for pics.

Yesterday I cleaned his ears with vinegar. I did that because if it was not fur or ear mites then the vinegar would clean his ears and wipe off what ever dirt it really was. Now if the spots come back that means that there is a really good chance that it is ear or fur mites. Right?

His ears inside are pink and healthy could it still be mites? And sorry I don't have any photos.

I just started noticing weird specks on my rabbits ear. It almost looks like a clump of white dirt. I have no idea what it is. It may just be nothing but as a rabbit owner I am a little worried. If anyone has any idea what it is please let me know and I will be highly appreciated of you.

Pellets contain lots of vitamin's and nutrients and by running out of your pellets your rabbit may be drinking so muck because he is trying to get the vitamins and nutrients out of his water. Chances are that once you get pellets give him a day or two and your rabbit should be back to normal...

I keep my rabbit with pellets 24/7 because he does not get greens(Grass lettuce and stuff like that) all the time and I just like to make sure that he has pellets. Also since your rabbit is still growing I would keep it with pellets.
