Broken Bond?

Hi everyone!

So I managed to successfully bond my two bunnies (one female (she's 1) and one male (he is 3), both are fixed) a few months back. They have been successfully living together free roam with two litter boxes, two beds, a teepee, etc.

Recently however my male bunny is becoming aggressive to his bun wife, he keeps nipping at her butt and chasing her, she seems to be scared by this behavior and usually darts away to go hide. I was wondering if anyone has advice on fixing this? I have already cleaned/ rearranged the room to make it a different space!
