What's it mean when my rabbit licks me?

So I was cleaning Reebok's (~8-9 month old REW NewZealeand) cage and as I was petting him he nudged my arm over and starting licking it? Is this a sign of affection like I took it, or is he tasting me becuase of salt or something? He's a really social rabbit, I had him in ym room today and he jsut flopped over on my bed and didnt wake up for a while, it was so cute
