Hello everyone!

i recently rescued a baby flemish giant bunny:yahoo:
Ive always have had mini lops and was wondering if anyone with flemish giant experience could give me any tips or information i should know about owning a flemish for the first time. other than the size and how much more they eat and drink and poop, are they much different from a mini lop?

thank you have a nice day :)

The only difference I can think of (which you may already know) is that Flemish are not considered adults at 6 months of age like most other rabbits. Flemish grow so much larger that they aren't considered adult until somewhere between 8-12 months. That means, of course, that they stay on the juvenile diet longer and are neutered later.
