The little orange squirt DOES look like a mini-rex plus. 
Something about the head and eyes.
The black and white ??? (Stampy, very cute) has a head like a maledutch I saw once. I don't remember if he was purebred, but hehad the same broad forehead, chubby cheeks, and short rounded ears. Hismarkings were full dutch, though.
If I were to guess, I'd say mini-rex/dutch for Stampy.
