There is already a celebration of people like this--it's called the "Darwin Awards". Just a little "dark humor", but, the awards are based on the fact that these "geniuses" have taken themselves out of the gene pool in a most spectacular, stupid way. Sort of celebrating stupid through the elimination of it's progenitor.
