Where are you located?
If in the US I would say those rabbits are not show quality at all. Here is a link to the jersey wooly standard:

Below is a picture of a Jersey Wooly and you can tell the difference. The hair should be much longer and ears shorter. The head is say id fair at best and there is no wool cap present which would be severely faulted against. As far as the baby I don't think it will be show quality either.

I don't think the baby is going to have a wool coat. He appears to have regular fur. At 7 weeks, they are typically really fuzzy.
