When can Josephine be spayed

Josephine's babies are 3 weeks old today so when will it be ok to get her spayed, she's about 4/5 months old.

I would wait until the babies are 8 weeks old, so they can wean naturally. By then she should be around 6mo, which is a fine age to spay. You can ask your vet; some aren't comfortable doing spays on bunnies under a certain size--usually 1kg.

Thanks I figured after I had posted that the babies might mess with her stitches if I didn't wait till they were adopted.

Last week I took my two bunnies to a vet in South Pasadena. My vet had said my boy is ready to get nurtured and we have an appointment for this this Saturday (wish us luck I am super nervous) Both of my bunnies are around 6 months and my vet suggested to wait until my girl is about a year old in order to be spayed. I LOVED my vet since she was super knowledgeable and helpful. I completely trust them and I like that it's a 24 hour emergency pet hospital too so my little guy wont be alone.

That's good to hear. They're pretty small so I can understand waiting until your girl is 1yr.
