what kind of couch should we get?

This might seem like a weird question! Paul and I are moving to a bigger place once Rory gets better, and we want to get rid of our futon and buy an actual couch. Since we have the three bunnies and are planning on getting a cat, I'm concerned about what material the couch surface should be made of. I have this vision of our couch being a huge fur magnet. It's really dry and there's so much static electricity up here (worse than anywhere else I've experienced) in the winter. Also, are there any materials that are easy to clean up in case someone tinkles on the couch? We haven't had any pee incidents in over a year, but ya never know.
