what can you do

hi all

lucy is moulting really quite bad

are there any things i can do

re brushing her i heard someone say a wet hand over her body will remove some of the hair

any help i would be gtatefull

Just like Bo Bunny said, you definitely want to brush her every day.You can wet your hand and get some hair off that way, but it's not verypleasant and it doesn't get the hair further in. I'd suggest a cat'sbrush or anything along that line. For Cali, who's my Flemish Giant, Icould use a dog brush. Wouldn't rely on the wet hand to do the jobthoroughly enough.

Make sure your little one has plenty of hay because that will keep the hair moving through her digestive system.

P.S. Offer her a teaspoon of canned pumpkin. The kind some people makepumpkin pie from. The extra fiber would be good for her to have duringa heavy moult and some rabbits like it very much. You can freeze whatyou don't use.
