6 month old Ellie was perfectly fine last night, but this morning we found her eyes were moving constantly. I googled and she's exactly like this except hopping in circle.

We took her to rabbit savvy vet right away. We decided to treat her with antibiotic forear infectionfirst and will do more test on Friday if she's not getting better by tomorrow night. She's eating and drinking fine. She seems like getting better after she took antibiotic, but her eyes are still moving. Her mate Haven had E. Cuniculi before, so vet is suspecting that as well. She wouldn't give her Panacur or other E. Cuniculi medicine before the blood test. Anyway, we got ear drops and antibiotic for her. Any advice or experience would be appreciated. Thanks.

What a doll! The symptoms do indeed sound like an inner ear infection. I hope the antibiotics clear it up soon. Sometimes meclizine (an anti-seasickness medication) is given to bunnies with balance issues related to inner ear problems. You might want to ask your vet about that if she seems to be in a lot of distress due to her loss of balance.

Thanks for the reply. She's definitely getting better after we gave her antibiotic. It was exactly 6 hours ago. Her eyes are still moving, but not as fast as before. She's still eating and drinking fine.
