What is a good age to spay ? And I just notice when I let my 10 week old mini rex out she started to eat her poop droppings ? What would be a reason for that ?

Female rabbits should be spayed atabout 6 months old. Rabbits make two kinds of poo. One is the hard dry pellets that are the waste product that they make in the day. The other type is called cecotropes. They are dark and rich with nutrients and rabbits will eat them straight after producing them. This is because rabbits can't get allthe nutrients they need from there food first time round so they produce these droppings which they eat again to get all the nutrients. Rabbits normally produce cectropes very early in the morning and at night.
